Tanning Bed Warranty, Return Policy, & Delivery Procedures
These are guaranteed to be in perfect working order upon arrival, and if there are any shipping damages, these will be addressed immediately by the manufacturer. This is rare, but in the event it does occur, please provide prompt notification.
These are top of the line. It will be 95% assembled. It is easy to assemble. This provides ease for putting the unit in any room, without concern for doorway size.
Warranty Policy:
In order to keep prices down, we do not offer a warranty.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours. A 10% restocking fee and shipping charges may apply if order has already been shipped.
Due to the size and expense of moving these items, we do not accept returns. Please read below for a full understanding of our delivery procedures, and our accomodations in the event of a delivery problem which results in shipping damage. This is a rare occurence.
- Your order will ship within 5 days of receiving payment, and the average total shipping time is 7-10 days from receipt of payment. A photo of the shipping unit will be sent to you when it is ready to leave the warehouse, to give you a visual idea of what we are describing.
- Curbside delivery only.
- Your residence must be accessible by a tractor trailer.
- Residential deliveries arrive on a 52' Tractor Trailer.
- The shipping company will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to sign, inspect and get the tanning bed off of the truck. You are required to get the item off the truck.
- Most orders require 2-3 individuals present at delivery time to get the product off the truck and moved to your desired location.
- When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage
- Compare the number of units received to the number on the delivery receipt. If condition and quantity is acceptable then sign the delivery receipt.
- The driver will give you a copy and take the original.
- Note: A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions, is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery.
- It is very important that the buyer follow the delivery procedure described above.
- If the buyer determines that all or a portion of their order has been damaged, the buyer must refuse to accept the shipment or note the exact damages on the freight bill and replacement parts will be sent. Any damaged parts that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyers cost (including shipping costs)
- We do offer concealed damage (hidden damage that could not be seen at the time of delivery). This covers the replacement of damaged parts only, not the entire item.
