Take Care of Yourself, Self Nurture!
So often we forget to take care of ourselves. We are always taking care of others. Do something nice for yourself. Do some self nurturing!
And, if you want some more ideas on how to self nurture, I have become a Master! Again, You deserve it!
And, here are a couple more ideas for you.....
Pick up a CD of some relaxing lullabies, and listen to it as you are falling asleep at night...you won't believe how good this is for the soul.
Take a hot bubble bath, with 2 cups of Sea Salt, 2 cups of Epson Salts, and 1 cup of Organic Baking Soda. Give your largest organ, your skin, a good detox cleanse... and being submersed in water up to the neck actually releases a chemical that relaxes the body. A hot bath really is a good idea! Then moisturize with your favorite lotion.
Go to a local health club, spa or fitness center (get a day pass), and spend some time in the sauna, and steam room. Do 10 minutes and follow it with a cold shower. It's an excellent way to detox your body.
Get your 20 minutes of exercise...take a nice walk, or get an inexpensive rebounder (mini trampoline) and jump on it. Not only is it fun, it is great for the lymphatic system, and can be done indoors. You will smile.
